This package lets you to run many Windows XP productivity applications from a Windows 7-based PC using Windows Virtual PC. This patch needs to be installed in your Windows XP SP3 virtual machine.

Installation Instructions
This package is not required if you are using Windows XP Mode (RC).

Installation instructions:
- Ensure that Windows Virtual PC RC is installed.
- Start the Windows XP virtual machine (VM).
- If Windows Virtual PC Beta was used with this VM, uninstall the Integration components (Click Start, click Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Virtual PC Integration Components) in the Windows XP VM.
- If Windows Virtual PC Beta was used with this VM, uninstall the RemoteApp update (Click Start, click Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Hotfix for Windows XP (KB961742-v3)). Reboot the virtual machine.
- Install the latest integration components in the virtual machine from Tools->Install Integration Components.
- Download the Update for Windows® XP SP3 to enable RemoteApp™ to the VM.
- Double click on the file to start the installation. Follow the instructions on the screen. Restart your virtual machine to complete installation.
