The Project Report Presentation Add-in for Microsoft Office Project 2003 helps a user to quickly and easily create a PowerPoint presentation from a Project file. The tool extracts task information from the Project file and populates a PowerPoint template with the user-selected information. This add-in provides an effective, integrated means for project managers and other users to create presentations with real-time project data while avoiding redundant data entry and potential input errors. The final result is an elegant presentation that can be used “as-is” or can be easily customized.

1. Close Project.
2. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
3. Double-click the PRPSetup.msi program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.


Instructions for use:

After you install the download, open Project 2003. The Project Report Presentation toolbar is open in the center of the screen. If you choose, you can dock the toolbar at the edge of the Project window.

Use the buttons on the Project Report Presentation toolbar to create and manage report presentations and to find Help for using the Project Report Presentation Add-in.

To remove this download:

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
2. In the list of currently installed programs, select Project Report Presentation Add-in for Microsoft Office Project 2003 and then click Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the program.


Note: Microsoft Office Project must be closed to uninstall this add-in.
