To install this download

  1. You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
  2. Quit Excel if it's running.
  3. Download the file from the Microsoft Office Tools on the Web site by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
  4. Double-click the acclnk.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
  6. Start Excel.
  7. On the Tools menu, click Add-ins.
  8. Select the Microsoft AccessLinks Add-in check box.


Instructions for use:

You can use the Access Links add-in to manage Excel data in the following ways:

  • Convert an Excel list to an Access database.
  • Create an Access report from Excel data.
  • Use an Access form to enter Excel data.


To remove this download:

  1. Start Excel.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins.
  3. Clear the Microsoft AccessLinks add-in check box.
