With the Customer Invoice Template, you can build invoices with fields for quantity, unit price, description, and total amount.

This download can also be found on either the Microsoft Office 97 CD or on any of its individual application's CD's, in the Valupack folder on the particular CD.


This Microsoft® Word 97 Customer Invoice template helps you quickly create a standard invoice form with built-in fields for quantity, unit price, description, and total amount. It automatically calculates and fills in the total amount based on the values you enter in the quantity and unit price fields.

Installation Instructions



To install this download

  1. You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
  2. Download the file from this page by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
  3. Double-click the invoice.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.


Instructions for use:

To use it, start Word and click New in the File menu. On the Other Documents tab, double-click Invoice.dot. You will get a new blank invoice, ready to customize and fill out.

To remove this download:

  1. From the Start menu, point to the Settings entry, and choose Control Panel. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  2. In the list on the Install/Uninstall tab, find the entry Microsoft Word 97 Invoice Sample Form (Remove Only), and highlight it. Click Add/Remove.
  3. When it asks you if you are sure you want to remove the application, click Yes.
  4. When it finishes removing the program, click OK on the confirmation dialog box.
