Installation Instructions
- Select the link to download and save the self extracting executable file, GMVoices PromptDB.EXE.
- Double click the file to begin the extraction and follow the instructions of the extraction utility. To complete the extraction, the conditions of the EULA must be accepted, and a target location for the extracted files will need to be specified.
- Once extraction is complete, three files will need additional extraction: Greg Sheffield Standard 8kHz 16bit.zip, Kim Evans Standard 8kHz 16bit.zip, and Laura Brooks Standard 8kHz 16 bit.zip. With each of these files, right click, choose Extract all…, and then follow the steps of the Extraction Wizard. Note: A different target location should be chosen for each zip file (.zip).
- Each GM Voices personality includes a Microsoft Visual Studio Solution file (.sln) that can be opened for a quick start. Additionally, there is a Prompt Project file (.prproj) that can be included in an existing solution using the Speech Application SDK.
