This video will aid customers in installing the Cumulative Time Zone Update for Microsoft Windows.

  • The Cumulative Time Zone Update for Microsoft Windows is a patch which updates the Windows time zone database with the latest worldwide DST changes per time zone. This video was put together by Joel Schaeffer, Escalation Engineer in our Platforms Global Escalation Services team in Microsoft Product Support. It will guide the viewer through installing and validating the patch, manually updating non-mainstream Windows versions, as well as how to update a Windows Mobile device.
