                            2. Download the “SCO_2019_VHDEVAL.docx" step-by-step instructions for how to use the VHD to create a virtual machine

                            4. Double-click the self-extracting SCO_2019.exe file to extract the VHD file
                            5. Follow the instructions in the documentation file to complete the setup of the VHD
