This update contains a number of fixes for System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager

This update contains a set of bug fixes to the System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager release. It should be applied to all Service Manager 2012 R2 server installations.

Issues that are fixed in this update rollup-

  • Included Support for TLS 1.2
  • New Service Request template gets created without the associated Activities and Related items, if the Apply button is used
  • Change collision error occurs for Work Items of extended incident class types, even if they don’t have any overlapping changes
  • Get-SCOMGroup PowerShell cmdlet fails if the database has large number of groups (in thousands)
