Visio 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2) provides the latest updates to Microsoft Visio 2000. SP2 contains security enhancements and stability improvements. This service pack applies to Visio 2000 SR1 only. It contains all updates released after SR1.

To update to Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2) in English, download and install the proper file. The updates are available for US and International versions. To determine which file to download start Microsoft Visio 2000 SR1 and click About Microsoft Visio on the Help menu. If you see International Version under Microsoft Visio 2000 SR1 then you have the International version. If you do not see this, you have the US version.

- To install this update, you must have one of the following:
- Visio 2000 Standard Edition SR1
- Visio 2000 Professional Edition SR1
- Visio 2000 Technical Edition SR1
- Visio 2000 Enterprise Edition SR1
To determine the version of Visio you are using, click on About Microsoft Visio on the Help menu.
The SR1 update is no longer available through Microsoft. For additional information, please see Overview of the Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR1) Update (263721).
Installation Instructions
- Download the file by clicking a selected file from the list at the bottom of this page (see "Files in this Download"), and then save the file to your hard drive.
- Double-click the .exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
