Version 1 of the S-MSRSeg was developed by Natural Language Computing Group at Microsoft Research Asia, and is released in 2004. S-MSRSeg is a simplified version of the MSRSeg system (the generic segmenter) described in Gao et al. (2005), see cl-05.gao.pdf in this package.
