The Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2015 Management Pack for System Center provides monitoring of Team Foundation Server 2015. It monitors TFS components such as application tier servers, data tier servers, team project collections, build servers, and proxy servers.

12/15/2015 Update: New version of Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2015 Management Pack for System Center posted which resolves an issue related to TFS deployments using SSL. If you are not using SSL in your deployment, there is no need to update to this newer version of the management pack.
