This update fixes the issue in which devenv.com process freezes after executing devenv.com /build command in Visual Studio 2015

This issue occurs because a handle from devenv.com is passed into a child process vshub.exe, and it causes devenv.com to remain open until vshub.exe terminates and releases the handle. Vshub.exe waits up to five minutes before it times out and exits. This hotfix addresses the issue and prevents devenv.com from shutting down after a build is complete.
