The Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Provider needs to be installed by the user in order to connect to the Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Service
The Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Provider needs to be installed by the user on the Hyper-V server (Hype-V to Azure Replication) or a Configuration servers(VMware to Azure Replication) in order to connect to the Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Service.
Download and install this provider version to enable the Hyper-V server or Configuration servers to communicate to the Azure Site
- Enable Replication between the VMs on an on-premises site to Azure.
- Seamlessly failover virtual machines from the primary site to Azure.
- Make use of Recovery plans and other features of the Microsoft Azure Site Recovery service.

Installation Instructions
Download the Windows Azure Site Recovery Service Provider setup on the host with a supported version of Windows Server and run it.
