Visual Studio Express 2015 RC for Windows 10 provides the core tools for building compelling, innovative apps for Windows universal apps. Windows 10 is required to install Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows. Note that Visual Studio 2015 RC is not supported in a production environment for creating Windows universal apps and desktop software that target Windows 10.

You can use Visual Studio Express 2015 RC for Windows 10 to create innovative and compelling Windows universal apps. The tools include a full-featured code editor, a powerful debugger, a focused profiler, and rich language support for HTML5/JavaScript, C++, C#, or Visual Basic so you can use the language you are most comfortable with. Visual Studio Express 2015 RC for Windows also allows you to download a device emulator that you can use to test your apps on multiple kinds of devices without the physical hardware.
