Resolves an issue that might occur with the eshell

This update must be installed by one of the following options on a Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry image:
A) Executing the appropriate msu file

  • 32bit Windows8.1-KB3036202-x86.msu
  • 64bit Windows8.1-KB3036202-x64.msu

OR
B) Installing the cab file via the command line with administrator privileges via.
"DISM /online /add-package /packagepath:&ltLocation&gt\&ltfilename.cab&gt"
