• • To install the MSXML SDK, you must have the Microsoft Windows® Installer on your computer. If you are running Windows 98, Windows ME or Windows 2000 (RTM, SP1 or SP2) you must first update your Windows Installer to version 2.0. If you are running Windows 2000 SP3 or higher, Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you already have this and there is no need to reinstall.
    Download Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 2000 or Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 98, and windows Millennium Edition.
