Installation Instructions

To install this download:
Install the proofing tools:

  1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Run the setup program.
  3. On the Read the Microsoft Software License Terms page, review the terms, select the "Click here to accept the Microsoft Software License Terms" check box, and then click Continue.
  4. The setup wizard runs and installs the proofing tools.
  5. After the installation has completed, restart your open Office applications.


Instructions for use:

Just use the proofing tools as you normally would - you should now see them for your newly installed langauge. For example, you can set your proofing language to the new language to use spell check (if available) - to learn how to do that, see Switch between different languages by setting the proofing language

To remove this download:

  1. On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Office Proofing Tools - [Language] and then click Uninstall, Remove, or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
  4. Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
