Email template for Office 365 admins to welcome new users and get them to sign in to Office 365.

  • Office 365 Administrator: Use this email template to welcome users to Office 365 and share initial sign-in credentials. Enter each user’s Office 365 username and temporary password where indicated in the template. Send the completed email to the user to get them started using Office 365.

Installation Instructions

  • 1. Once you have downloaded the file, save the file locally.
    2. Make sure you are logged into Microsoft Outlook (other email programs will not support this file type), and open the downloaded OFT file.
    3. You can then add email recipients to your email like you would other Outlook emails.
    4. You can add a custom message if desired before hitting send, though we recommend that you do not edit the email content.
    5. Hit send to send the message to your desired recipients.
