SQL Server Business Continuity in a Hosted Environment Reference Architecture |
Provides guidance for building the infrastructure necessary for business continuity of Microsoft SQL Server databases from the point of view of a hosted service provider and tenant.
Business continuity is the ability to weather the loss of hardware, an application, service, or an entire data center with little to no data loss. This hardware-agnostic guide provides guidance for building the infrastructure necessary for business continuity of Microsoft SQL Server databases from the point of view of a hosted service provider (HSP) and tenant. Reference architecture in this context refers to various templates SQL Server administrators might use in building a business continuity solution and provides a common language with which to discuss implementations.
