Microsoft has released a critical update. This is a tested, cumulative set of updates for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 11 or earlier. It includes performance enhancements that are packaged together for easy deployment.

  To maintain parity between the application components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, this critical update includes packages for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Language Packs.

  CRM server
  • This update must be installed on a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 11 (UR 11) or earlier.
  • Customers currently running Update Rollup 12 (UR 12) or later don’t need to load this critical update and shouldn’t downgrade from their current CRM deployment.
  • This update requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
  
  
  CRM for Outlook (Outlook client)
  • This Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook client update is designed to function with CRM UR 11, UR 12, UR 13 and UR 14.
  • Customers experiencing CRM for Outlook client stability issues should strongly consider moving to this critical client update.
  • This update requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
