A flaw in visual studio may cause it to become unstable when the .NET 4.5 framework is updated.

  • Users of Visual Studio may lose the ability to open or create C++ or JavaScript files or projects after the .NET Framework 4.5 is updated. This fix corrects the flaw in Visual Studio.
