Microsoft Application Request Routing (ARR) for IIS8 is a proxy based routing module that forwards HTTP requests to application servers based on HTTP headers and server variables, and load balance algorithms. ARR Version 3 adds support for WebSockets.

Installation Instructions
- Please follow How to install ARR without WebPI blog (http://blogs.iis.net/wonyoo/archive/2011/04/20/how-to-install-application-request-routing-arr-2-5-without-web-platform-installer-webpi.aspx) for installation instructions.Once ARR2.5 is installed, download and install ARRv3.0 beta to upgrade from ARRv2.5 to ARRv3.
