  Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Software Development Kit (SDK) includes library (ServerAgent.DLL), tools, documentation, and sample applications for developing server-side Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) applications to customize and extend the functionality of Microsoft Lync Server 2013. The server applications can be written using Microsoft SIP Processing Language (MSPL) scripts or a .NET Framework programming language, such as C#.
