- Once the customer has been profiled using the IO profiling tools, or In-Depth assessments have been done to identify areas where a customer can move from one IO model stage to the next (Basic through Dynamic); use this guide to follow up on IO profiling and In-Depth Assessment, to identify specific projects that will help customer make the transition.
