The Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8 Language Pack enables the display of the UI in different languages. After you install the Language Pack, you can switch among the languages. Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8 must be installed before you can install the Language Pack.

Note:  This Language Pack is for Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8.  Other Language Packs are also available:  Visual Studio Express 2012 for Web, Visual Studio Professional 2012 Language Pack, Visual Studio Premium 2012 Language Pack, and Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 Language Pack.

Note for RC users:  If you have an edition of Visual Studio 2012 RC installed, you can upgrade it to the release version. Before you upgrade, check the release notes for steps that might be required before you install the release version.

• Before you install this Language Pack, install Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8.
• On this page, choose the Download button.
• To install the software now, choose the Run button.
• To install the software later, choose the Save button. (When you install, the computer must be connected to the Internet.)
