Use this Microsoft Visio 2010 template to model, track, and manage your customer engagement workflow and identify opportunities for improvement. This template outlines each step in the engagement process, from initial request through to completion, outlining responsibilities by role (including the sales representative, project manager, and development team). The template was created with the cross-functional flowchart functionality in Visio 2010 and includes imported sample data that has been automatically linked to shapes.
