Windows XP MUI Pack is sold only through volume licensing programs, such as the Microsoft Open License Program (MOLP / Open) agreement, the Select agreement, and the Enterprise agreement, or it can come installed on a new computer from a manufacturer upon customer request. Windows XP MUI Pack is not available through retail channels.
