- Microsoft Lync 2010 Attendee is a conferencing client that lets you participate in Lync online meetings, even if you don't have Microsoft Lync 2010 communications software installed. Communication tools provided in this client include, instant messaging (IM), audio and video, as well as collaboration tools such as screen and program sharing, slide presentation, whiteboard, attachments, and polling.
