The Microsoft PSS VSTO 2005 Client TroubleShooter tool is an application designed to help diagnose potential client-side issues when you deploy a VSTO 2005 solution. The tool scans the client computer for the prerequisites required to run a VSTO 2005 solution and reports the state of the prerequisites in the form of an HTML report. The tool also provides links to information about how to resolve an issue when a prerequisite was not found on the client computer.

Installation Instructions
To install this download:
1. Click the Download button (above) and save the file to your hard disk.
2. Double-click the Microsoft PSS VSTO 2005 Client TroubleShooter.EXE program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
1. Click Start, select All Programs, selectMicrosoft PSS VSTO 2005 Client Troubleshooter, and then click Microsoft PSS VSTO 2005 Client TroubleShooter.
2. Click Analyze System.
3. After the scan is completed you may save the report to an HTML file by clicking Save Results to File.
4. If a Warning icon is displayed, rest the mouse pointer over the warning icon. If more information about this warning is available, the mouse pointer will change to a hyperlink pointer which indicates that you can click on this icon for additional information.
