With the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting Add-In for PowerPoint, you can create Live Meeting presentations directly in the Microsoft PowerPoint® presentation graphics program.

• With the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting Add-In for PowerPoint, you can create Live Meeting presentations directly in the Microsoft PowerPoint® presentation graphics program. By using the Live Meeting Add-in for PowerPoint, you can:
  
  • Insert Live Meeting resource slides (poll, whiteboard, Web, text, and application sharing) into a PowerPoint presentation before joining the meeting.
  • Export a PowerPoint presentation file (.ppt) to Live Meeting 2005 format (.lmp).
  
  Terms of Service
  The accompanying Microsoft software includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, “online” or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services for use with a Microsoft software product (collectively, the “ADD-IN SOFTWARE”). The ADD-IN SOFTWARE is designated for use with the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Software (the “Software”).
  
  Your use of the ADD-IN SOFTWARE is subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service under which you have previously licensed the SOFTWARE.IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALIDLY LICENSED COPY OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE ADD-IN SOFTWARE.

• To install this download:
  
  1. Remove the Live Meeting 2003 Add-In for PowerPoint or the PlaceWare Add-In for PowerPoint if either is installed on your computer. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs. In the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, click the name of the add-in, and then click Remove.
  2. Close PowerPoint if it is running.
  3. Click the Download button above, and then do one of the following:
     • To start the installation immediately, click Run.
     • To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
  
  Important: To use the export functionality of the Live Meeting Add-in for PowerPoint, you must first install the Standalone Windows-based console.
  
  Instructions for use:
  Use the online Help provided with the Add-in.
  
  To remove the add-in:
  
  1. On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Click Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for PowerPoint.
  4. Click Remove.
