With Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a service, Microsoft IT provides administration and support, enabling U.S. Dynamics Field Sales to benefit from a low total cost of ownership. Compared to managing the solution on its own, Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a service helped the field sales team reduce deployment time by 67 percent, lower administrative and support costs by 82 percent, and achieve greater business agility.
