IT Professional administrators can modify and send the content of the following e-mail template to users of Office Communications Server 2007 R2 dial-in conferencing. The default text of the template announces the implementation of the dial-in conferencing feature of Office Communications Server 2007 R2 within the user's organization, and provides basic instructions for using dial-in conferencing.

• Microsoft Office Word 2007 template (.dotx)

  Replace the placeholder text in the e-mail template with connection information that is specific to your organization before sending e-mail to your users.

  • Conferencing Announcement Service
• Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Communicator Web Access server
• Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Mediation server (only if your Office Communications Server deployment does not include Enterprise Voice)

    Click the Download button to the right of the file name and save the file to your hard disk.

To remove a file
    Delete the file from the directory to which you saved it.
