The purpose of IIS5Recycle is to recycle processes, minimizing the effects of resource-consumption problems before performance and reliability are affected.

• Important: Make sure you download IIS5Recycle to a folder with access limited to members of the administrative group (by default, the tool is installed to C:\WINDOWS\IIS5Recycle). Normal users should not be granted write/modify access.
