As a machinery equipment reseller, Standard Calibration Inc. (SCI) anticipated the upgrade of Prophet 21, its line-of-business enterprise resource planning (ERP) software by seeking help from its IT partner, Heartland Technologies. SCI discovered that revamping its network was the answer. The company has enhanced the security of its network and Internet transactions, solved file-finding problems and shared mobile device updates.
