This PowerPoint slide deck shows how we built a basic but useful Help Desk solution, in less than one week and with no code, using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, InfoPath Forms Services 2007, and SharePoint Designer 2007.
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is a great platform to create rapid solutions with minimal technical skills. In this document, we see how a basic Help Desk solution was created without code, without special server permissions, and in a very short period of time. We first see the end result, the solution itself, and then we go over how the solution was actually created. This document is a series of screen shots that provide an overview of the solution itself and of how the solution was created.

Installation Instructions
