NOTE: This is a new version, updated December 3, 2003, that fixes an issue with a link in the body of the video e-mail.

If you installed the previous version of Video E-mail, please uninstall the program using the instructions in the To remove this download section at the bottom of this page. You can then install this new version of the add-in.

Installation Instructions

To install this download:
  1. Download the file by clicking the Download link (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Double-click the Vemail.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:

  1. Start Outlook 2003.
  2. Confirm that your Web camera is connected to your computer.
  3. On the toolbar, click the Video Message button to launch the Video E-mail add-in.
To remove this download:

To remove the download file itself, delete the file Vemail.exe.

  1. On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Video E-mail add-in for Outlook 2003 and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
  4. Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
