The automated calendar template creates Microsoft Outlook calendars in Microsoft Word. The template contains Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros that automatically take the data from Outlook 2000 and re-create your monthly calendar view in Microsoft Word. After you use this template to re-create your calendar, you can print it, with or without weekends, in either portrait or landscape orientation. You can also modify the document.

1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
2. Double-click the olcalndr.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

1. In Microsoft Word, on the File menu, click New.
2. On the Other Documents tab, click the Olcalndr icon, and then click OK to create a new document based on the template.
3. In the Calendar Setup dialog box, select the options you want, and then click OK. The macros in the template automatically start Outlook 2000 and create your calendar in Microsoft Word.

There is no uninstall feature for this download.

To remove the calendar template, delete the OlCalndr.dot file.
