WhitePaper: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Search Backup for DPM 2007 |
This white paper and associated download enable MOSS Search backup in System Center Data Protection Manager 2007.
Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2007 (DPM) is a server software application that enables data protection and recovery for protected computers within Active Directory domains.
With DPM, an administrator can backup Microsoft® Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 farms. As a part of farm backup, all the configurations and site collections stored across config and content databases will be backed up. Apart from this, there is a need to backup the MOSS search data as well. This download provides a whitepaper solution to backup and restore MOSS search components.
