This download provides you with the first ever Office 2003 Czech Grammar Checker. The Czech Grammar Checker assists you by analyzing text and then adding a green underline under any text that might not be grammatically correct. It focuses on the most common types of grammar mistakes in the Czech language and provides you with suggestions and descriptions. You can choose from two writing styles: Grammar (Gramatika) and Grammar + Style (Gramatika + Styl). You can also customize your own style.

1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
2. Double-click the CzechGC.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

After you install this download, use the grammar checker as you normally would. For example, to use the grammar checker in Word 2003, do the following:

1. Start Word.
2. Open your document and then select the Czech text you want to spell check.
3. On the Tools menu, point to Language, and then click Set Language.
4. In the Mark selected text as list, select Czech, and then click OK.
5. Press F7 or, on the Tools menu, click Spelling and Grammar.
6. On the Help menu, select Show the Office Assistant to see explanations of grammar errors.

To turn on or off automatic grammar checking:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling & Grammar tab.
2. Select or clear the Check grammar as you type check box.

To remove the download file, delete the file CzechGC.exe.

1. On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. In the list of currently installed programs, select Kontrola české gramatiky pro sadu Microsoft Office 2003 and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
4. Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
