This update makes a minor change in the operating system to allow debuggers and other tools to obtain information about the resources object (e.g., handles, heaps) through documented interfaces. Application Verifier, which will be shipping in the next release of Visual Studio, requires this update. Without this update, Application Verifier cannot be run in Visual Studio.
