Sebago Technics, a regional comprehensive engineering firm, had recently merged with another firm. Remote access needs had increased, as well as compliance and security requirements for the Windows Server® 2003 infrastructure. Unorthodox network usage led to virus breaches and increased downtime. The firm deployed Windows Server 2008 and the new Terminal Services features to strengthen network security and simplify patch compliance.
