The Microsoft® Silverlight™ 1.0 SDK contains documentation, quick starts, tools, online samples and other resources for developing Silverlight 1.0 applications. Usage of the SDK is subject to the SDK License (included in the package).

Download the SDK MSI, run the setup and follow the steps to install the SDK. The setup gives you the option to install the Silverlight Application Project Template for Visual Studio 2005. Upon completion you will have the SDK installed and in your Start Menu.
