For complete Project Server 2003 SP3 functionality, you will need to install both of the following:

• Project Server 2003 SP3 for Multilingual User Interface Pack (this download)
• Project Server 2003 SP3

To install this update, follow these steps:

1. Download one of the .exe files by clicking the links at the bottom of this page, and then save the file to your hard disk drive.
2. It is recommended that you quit any programs you are running.
3. In Windows Explorer, double-click the .exe file that you saved to your hard disk drive, and follow the instructions on the screen.

Project Server 2003 SP3 for Multilingual User Interface Pack will install even if a publicly available update has already been installed on your computer.

When you double-click the executable package, installation begins. To extract the patch files (.msp files), you must use a command line. The command line and instructions are included in the Knowledge Base article (197147): Command-Line Switches For IExpress Software Update Packages.
