This is an update to previous versions of the runtime. It fixes some issues with incorrect character handling in Add-in names.

Note that the installer will automatically configure VSTO to use the same language as your copy of Windows. If you need an additional language pack (e.g., if your copy of Windows uses more than one language setting, or if you switch from one language setting to another after you've already installed the VSTO runtime), you can find the language packs at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=140386.
