Microsoft Enterprise Desktop – Virtualization (MED-V) allows IT Administrators to execute applications that may have compatibility issues with the Windows Vista operating system in a way that is seamless to users. The solution works by distributing a Virtual PC image to the user’s desktop machine, allowing the user to execute applications on that Virtual PC and have them appear to be running in the Vista environment.
