• To install this download:
  
  1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Double-click the WSSv3Beta2x64.exe program file on your hard disk to start the file extraction program.
  3. Extract the files to a folder on your hard drive.
  4. To install Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 x64 Beta 2, double-click on the appropriate files named as SharePoint_setup_<language code>_x64.exe.
  5. To install a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 x64 Beta 2 Language Package, double-click on the appropriate files named as SharePointLanguagePack_setup_<language code>_x64.exe.
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
  
  
  Note: Language codes are defined as follows:
  “DE” : German
  “EN” : English
  “ES” : Spanish
  “FR” : French
  “JP” : Japanese
  
  
  Instructions for use:
  
  • This installation should only be used temporarily to facilitate upgrade to final release version of Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 x64.
  
  
  To remove this download:
  
  • The extracted files can be safely deleted at any time after Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 x64 has been installed.
