The Windows Live software development kit (SDK) contains OAUTH WRAP Handler to develop ASP.NET applications that interact with Windows Live.

This SDK is for developing applications with the Windows Live Services.

This download package includes the following:

  •  OAuth WRAP Handler: OAuth WRAP callback handling for ASP.NET applications to process access tokens. You need this kind of handler when you build ASP.NET solutions.
  •  Channel.html: HTML page required for cross-domain communciation handling for client browsers that do not have Adobe Flash installed and do not support HTML 4 postMessage API. This files is needed if you are building applications by using Messenger Connect JavaScript Library.

Installing the Windows Live SDK

  •  Please ensure that you have all the requirements described above installed on your development computer.
  •  Download the SDK Package and unzip it to a local folder (e.g. C:\WindowsLiveSDK )
