Performance issues caused by shared resource constraints are hardly noticeable in many applications, but in Lync Server they can cause audio and video issues that make for poor user experience.

It details the 10 most important Key Health Indicators (KHIs) that you should watch both when performing a capacity test prior to deploying, and during deployment.
