- To instal ARR 3.0, visit the Microsoft download center (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/default.aspx) or install the Microsoft Web Platform Installer (http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx) and search for ARR within it. Once ARR 3.0 is installed, download and run the update from the links listed below to update ARR.
