Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 R2, all Editions, provides a hotfix roll-up and compatibility with Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012, BizTalk Server 2013 and .NET 4.0 / 4.5. No new features are introduced in SP1.

  • Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 R2 provides the following functionality:
    • Support for Windows Server 2012
    • Support for SQL Server 2012 SP1
    • Support for BizTalk Server 2013
    • A roll-up of previously released hotfixes

    In addition, SP1 includes fixes for several other known issues in the product.

    Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 R2 includes updates binaries in English only. This does not affect your ability to develop a multilingual Commerce Server web site. SP1 is applicable to all Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 R2 editions.
